Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips (reserve the remaining 1/3 cup).
  3. Place the dough in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes to chill. You want the dough to be cold (but not to the point that it's hard) so it's less sticky to work with and won't spread too much in the oven.
  4. Preheat oven to 410°F.
  5. Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats. Using your hand, loosely scoop out 4.5 oz of dough (weigh this out or you can try to divide dough evenly into 8 sections but it's best to weigh it out so that the cookies all cook evenly) and then flatten dough into a disc. The dough will be sticky but should be workable. Using an 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, add 1.5 tbsp of Nutella to the center of your disc. Then carefully wrap your disc around the Nutella, forming a ball. Make sure that the Nutella is completely covered and there are no cracks in your dough. Repeat with remaining dough and Nutella. You will place four cookie balls on each baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 5-6 chocolate chips to the surface of each ball.
  6. Place one baking sheet into the middle of the oven and place the remaining one in the fridge. Bake the cookies for about 11 minutes, or until the surface is dry and cookies look almost set, but may still be slightly darker in the middle. Remove from oven and remove other baking sheet from fridge and bake remaining cookies for about 11 minutes. After you remove the cookies from the oven, they need to cool directly on the cookie sheet and set. Do not remove cookies before they are set otherwise they will break. Allow cookies to cool at least 20 minutes. Once cookies have cooled and set, remove and enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and coat liberally with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the butter and both sugars on medium speed for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt and baking soda and continue mixing until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Turn the speed to low and add the flour until combined.  Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Press three-quarters of the dough into the prepared pan.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk and caramels and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the caramels are melted.
  5. Pour three-quarters of the caramel mixture on top of the dough in the pan and drop the remaining dough evenly in teaspoon-size amounts on top of the caramel. Save any remaining caramel for another use (it's great over ice cream!)
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the center is just set.
  7. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine cake mix according the instructions on the box, adding eggs, oil and water. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Bake the cake in 9×13” pan for 22-28 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, you cake is done. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  4. For the topping: While the cake is still warm, take the end of a wooden spoon or another round object and poke holes all over the top of your cake.
  5. Heat the jar of hot fudge sauce in the microwave for about 30 seconds until you can stir it and thin it out. You may need an additional 30 seconds. Pour the entire jar of hot fudge sauce (minus 3 tablespoons) on the top of cake and allow it to absorb in the cake until cake is cooled.
  6. Optional: When the cake has cooled, prepare the pudding layer by mixing a package of instant dark chocolate pudding with 1 3/4 cups of cold milk. Before the pudding sets, pour it over the top of the cake and put the cake in the fridge to let the pudding set, about 15 minutes.
  7. For the dirt: Prepare the pudding layer by mixing a package of instant dark chocolate pudding with cold milk. Refrigerate until the pudding has set.
  8. Take a large Ziploc bag and crush the 3/4 of the bag of Oreos into smaller pieces using a rolling pin or other large, heavy object.
  9. Once the pudding has set, mix in a container of Cool Whip until well blended.
  10. Mix in crushed Oreos into the mousse and spread the dirt over the top of cake. You can top you cake with the remaining hot fudge and some leftover Oreos. Serve cold.
